Important Information for THE event:

  • Doors open for general admission at 5 pm. The concert starts at 6 pm and ends around 8:30 pm.

  • Three ways to secure your entrance wristband:

    • With the Eventbrite app confirmation on your mobile phone

    • With your ID (we’ll look you up)

    • With your printed ticket

  • The avenue will be open to pedestrians and bikes. Nearby parking options.

  • Seats on the lawn are first come, first serve. Tall chairs are to be located toward rear of lawn.

  • Please do not block the pathways for handicap access and for the safety of all.

  • If you should need special assistance getting into the park or getting settled, please   

      come to the entrance at 4:30 and speak with one of our volunteers.

  • No pets allowed, except service animals. 

  • Strollers will not be allowed but there will be some stroller parking available.

  • Bring your own bottles for the on-site water fountain.

  • Food and drink are allowed in the concert area, but please clean up after yourselves!

  • Be courteous, respectful and kind at all times. We have the right to remove from the event anyone that might be unruly, disruptive, destructive or violent.

    Finally, if you have friends looking for tickets, please let them know that we are full.  Wait listers will be admitted only when we are able to count no-shows which will be about an hour into the show.
